The sorts of things that this guide covers are what I mean as that's what was awesome about Combat Mission but then ended up considering was broken. I'm on about how information on contacts is gathered and then moved around the chain of command in Combat Mission. Maybe C2 is not the correct term? But that's what this was referred to as in the Engine 4 Manual. If you think it is, have you reported it somewhere on BF's forums? I watched your two videos and I'm still wondering why/where you think C2 is broken.

PS: the third one you've linked are not patch notes.
But your right there was some sort of patch notes. But searching on the forum again and your right as seems am misremembering as there was patch notes for v401 (and the later v402) though for issues sorted in the time between v400 (December 2016) and v401 (May 2019) seemed rather limited and neglected to mention things that were then discovered to have also been also changed. I last played more than a year ago (can see that last posted on the forum about the game in August 2019) so much of what I've said has been from memory. Those are all from within the past year, so I'm not quite sure what you're trying to say when you state they "never seemed to produce patch notes."
